THAT’S HOWTHEY PROTECT THE BRAIN (…and why they’re called “brain buckets”!). Helmets aredesigned to withstand ONE FALL! Replace a helmet after ANY head impact. It didits job! 头盔的目的就是破裂，

A properly fitted helmet should beadjusted to be snug on the head, with the front just above the eyebrows, andthe retention straps positioned and tightened to keep the helmet “in place” onthe head without sliding around. Bike shop people are EXCELLENT at properlyadjusting helmets. 一个合适尺寸的头盔是可调节的？？头盔的前沿刚好在眉毛的上方，头盔的下方起固定作用的束缚带子扣紧后，

WEAR A HELMET WHENEVER YOU RIDE. It’s likea “seat belt” for your brain! 无论任何的时候骑车都要戴头盔。对你的头部来讲就象汽车上的安全带。
Stick a label inside your helmet with your name,address, phone number, etc. on it for identification purposes in an emergency. 把你的名字，地址，联系电话等等写个标签粘贴在头盔的里面，
