职位描述

职责和任务/DUTIES an d RESPONSIBILITIES 1、在指定业务范围内规划并发展与公司，旅行社或宴会客户的良好关系，从而确保和增加酒店销售指标完成。Prospect an d develop strong relationships with corporate, leisure Ｏr catering acＣount within assigned territory to grow sales revenue an d achieve annual sales plan. 2、建立系统的销售活动计划以更有效的开展客户，从而确保酒店销售额的最大化。Formulate a systematic approach to developing sales plans an d activities to support acＣount set in order to achieve maximum return on sales call productivity. 3、参加会展和开展销售扫楼及出差等活动，以扩大销售范围。Participates actively at assigned trade shows, sales blitz an d sales trip to gain exposure for the hotel an d secure sales leads. 4、完成其它委派的任务。Performs other duties an d responsibilities that may be required. 工作要求/JOB SPECIFICATION 1、大专以上学历，商务或其它相关专业。 College degree preferably in business administration Ｏr related discipline. 2、至少3年国际酒店经验。Three years’ experience in a hotel of international standard. 3、工作积极主动。Personable, aggressive an d assertive. 4、良好的书写和口头交流技巧。Excellent written an d oral communication skills. 5、英文及普通话流利，或擅长其他外语。Fluent in English, Putonghua Ｏr one other language.
