国办督促房地产调控 住房限购细则2月中旬前出台

国务院办公厅27日发出通知，对新一轮房地产市场调控作出具体部署，要求进一步做好房地产市场调控工作。通知提出，尚未采取住房限购措施的直辖市、计划单列市、省会城市和房价过高、上涨过快的城市，要在2月中旬之前，出台住房限购实施细则。其他城市也要根据本地房地产市场出现的新情况，适时出台住房限购措施。
